Tapas and Rosè at Pink Valley

If you are expecting a broad selection of wine, you will be surprised*.

Pink Valley’s philosophy is to “embrace singularity, purpose and passion to make and express a single specialist Rosè wine. A first for South Africa.”

Their Rosè is a unique blend of Grenache, Sangiovese and Shiraz. This crisp wine is best enjoyed on a warm day. It has a distinctive nose with tropical fruits following through on the palate.

Also available at the restaurant is the imported French Rosè (in the most elegant bottle). This wine is softer than the South African Rosè and is ideal for those who prefer less acidity.

*We were advised that corkage is available for those who are averse to Rosè.
